(Please read) Record Companies Win Music Sharing Trial- What are your thoughts about this ruling? Please write examples support your position for or against those that download music without paying a fee or for the CD (Compact Disc). One question that I would like you to address pertains to how is this ruling will be enforced globally. What if anything can be done to enforce this around the globe. Can this be stopped outside the U.S.(30 pts)?

Radiohead is offering downloads of their music where the consumer sets the price. How do you feel about the consumer determining how much they want to spend on the music from a particular artist. If the consumer can make the decision is it possible that music artists will not make a meaningful profit? They have overhead related to production cost and advertising.
