Site of the Week: Third World Debt and population growth are the two major barriers Developing Nations face as they attempt to transition from the 3rd World to the First. Africa imparticular would benefit tremendously if the debt was lifted. It may also be in the best interest of the world to have these debts lifted because extreme poverty appears to be one of the significant factors that lead to the growth of terrorost groups.
